What is your return policy?
Our policy is a "No Return Policy"
All of our products are carefully inspected by the Quality Assurance Department prior to packaging and shipping. We will not package and ship an inferior product. With our stringent quality program in place we are confident your product left our facility in good condition. Our products are designed and manufactured to give you years of enjoyment.
It is imperative that you inspect your shipment for damage prior to signing for it. We will not be responsible for repairing or replacing (at our discretion) any damage that is not listed on the "Damaged Goods" form you submit to the shipping company.
All of our products are shipped "collect" from either the mill in Boyne Falls, MI or the furniture manufacturing facility in Pearland, TX.
We have a United Parcel Service freight estimator located in the "Help & Support" section of our website to assist you in calculating your freight cost.
Items to large for UPS will require motor freight shipping. We can assist you in arranging a freight carrier. These shipments will require that you have the facilities and equipment necessary to unload the shipment. The freight carriers do not unload!
The cracks in the logs are called "checking"
This is a natural occurrence in the wood caused from swelling and shrinking during the drying process. These checks do not affect the structural stability of the log. They simply add "Character" to it.
We manufacture the majority of our rustic furniture from kiln dried logs. This kiln drying process helps to minimize warping, twisting and shrinkage in the log.
What are my choices of finish with the Rustic Furniture?
All of our Rustic Furniture is shipped unfinished. You will need to sand it and apply the finish of your choice.
We will be more than happy to finish your furniture for you. Each item will list the base "unfinished" price and will list the optional finishes and cost.
What if there are several different furniture items I want?
We will be more than happy to put a package deal together for you that has different items than the packages we have listed.
Contact us with a listing of the items you are interested in and we will quote you a discounted price.
Remember that you can also combine items from the Iron Works Department with the Rustic Furniture Department
What if I am looking for building materials that are not listed?
Contact us by email if you are looking for a particular product and it is not shown on our website.
We have only listed the most commonly used building materials on our website. We do have other products available and we can always have something "Custom" made!
